1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and merak606 ("merak606," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the merak606 website located at merak606.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the merak606 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the merak606 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the merak606 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of merak606, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the merak606 Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

merak606 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by merak606 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the merak606 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. merak606 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your merak606 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify merak606 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. merak606 will never request your password through any channel.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

merak606 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

merak606 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. merak606 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. merak606 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via GCash or PayMaya. Deposits made via bank transfer or credit card may be subject to fees imposed by the respective financial institution, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• merak606 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 Philippine business hours.
• merak606 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the merak606 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). merak606 does not apply currency conversion markups. The amount you deposit in PHP is the amount credited to your merak606 wallet.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

merak606 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• merak606 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• merak606's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the merak606 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, roulette, blackjack, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

merak606 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure genuine randomness and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, merak606 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. merak606 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the relevant governing body. merak606 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result is disputed or where irregularities are detected.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the merak606 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one merak606 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the merak606 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing merak606 staff or other players.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your merak606 account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the merak606 Platform — including but not limited to the merak606 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of merak606 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the merak606 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any merak606 content without prior written consent.

9 Privacy & Data

merak606 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the merak606 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

merak606 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and merak606 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

merak606 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

merak606 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your merak606 account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the merak606 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, merak606 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the merak606 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond merak606's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by merak606 in accordance with these Terms.

merak606's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their merak606 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit merak606's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

12 Termination

merak606 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if merak606 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, merak606 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. merak606 will provide written notice of any forfeiture and the reasons therefor.

You may close your merak606 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments

merak606 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, merak606 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the merak606 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and merak606, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through merak606's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
